God hears the prayers of His servants and answers them. He is close to us and responds whenever we call upon Him.
The concept of God hearing and responding to the prayers of His servants is clearly articulated in the Holy Quran. In Surah Ghafir, verse 60, Allah states: 'And your Lord says, Call upon Me; I will respond to you.' This verse not only highlights Allah's ability to hear prayers, but also illustrates that He has a particular attention toward His servants. Allah responds to any sincere prayer and need expressed by His believers. Furthermore, in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 186, it is mentioned: 'And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.' This verse indicates God's closeness to His servants and that whenever someone asks Him for help, He will respond. Thus, it is not just that Allah hears our prayers, but He is always supportive and present in our lives. In fact, believing that God hears our prayers should strengthen our relationship with Him. When we turn to God in our lives and call upon Him in our prayers, a new sense of peace and hope emerges within us. Therefore, whenever you feel the need for help, guidance, or correction, remember that Allah hears your supplications and will answer you.
And your Lord says, Call upon Me; I will respond to you.
And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.
