Allah sees intentions and is aware of them, even if no actions are taken. Good intentions are also valued in the sight of Allah.
In the Holy Quran, it is clearly mentioned that Allah sees and knows our intentions. In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 2, Allah states: 'This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.' This implies that the intentions of faith, even if not followed by action, are significant in the sight of Allah. Moreover, in Surah Al-Imran, verse 29, it states: 'Say, 'Whatever is in your breasts Allah knows it.' This verse demonstrates that Allah observes not only our actions but also our intentions. In many instances, good intentions and the decision to perform righteous deeds, even if not executed, are accepted by Allah. For instance, in Surah Al-An'am, verse 160, it mentions: 'Whoever does a good deed will receive a reward ten times as much.' This reminds us that good intentions and efforts to do good deeds are extremely important and valuable in the eyes of Allah. Consequently, Muslims should always purify their intentions and strive for goodness, as even good intentions are recognized and evaluated by Allah.

One day, Ali was reflecting on his intentions. He decided to purify his intentions and focus more on good deeds. He recalled the verses of the Quran and realized that Allah sees his intentions even if he does not act upon them immediately. Thus, with hope and confidence, he began to perform good deeds and felt a greater sense of inner peace than before.
