Does the purity of the heart lead to the acceptance of prayers?

In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 186, Allah promises to respond to the prayers of His servants: 'And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. Purity of heart creates a deeper connection with God and leads an individual towards sincere prayers. Additionally, in Surah Al-Mu’minun, verse 60, it says, 'Indeed, they will not be responded to except for those who are truly believing.' This indicates that those who supplicate with sincerity and a clear heart will receive God's mercy and blessings. Furthermore, in Surah Ar-Ra’d, verse 28, Allah states: 'Indeed, by the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.' This verse emphasizes the importance of remembering God and its effect on the hearts. Therefore, the emphasis on a pure heart is crucial, as prayer signifies a connection with Allah, and this connection with sincere intentions and a pure heart will better result in answered prayers.
