To use the Quran in teaching children, we can begin by explaining the concept of dependence on God and the importance of prayer in their daily lives. For example, by reciting verses related to love for God and His Messenger, such as Surah Al-Imran, verse 31, we can encourage children to love God and His Messenger and to follow His commands. Additionally, in Surah Luqman, verses 13 to 14, the significance of kindness to parents is emphasized, and these verses can be taught to children so that they respect and understand their parents. Quranic stories can also be an appealing tool. Stories like the tale of Prophet Joseph or Prophet Moses can effectively convey moral and religious values to children. Furthermore, dedicate times for Quran recitation sessions and ask children to memorize verses and provide explanations about their meanings. This approach not only aids their learning but also fosters a closer relationship with God.
