The guidance of the Quran is for those who approach it with a pure intention and act upon its verses.
The Holy Quran emphasizes that it is indeed a guidance for mankind, but this guidance is specifically for those who follow its teachings and understand its meanings. In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 2, it is stated: 'This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.' This verse indicates that only those with a pure intention and sincere heart who engage with the Quran can benefit from its guidance. Similarly, in Surah Al-Isra, verse 9, it says: 'Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most suitable.' Thus, simply reading the Quran is not enough; adherence to its verses and following its divine commandments are essential for receiving guidance. Moreover, Allah mentions in Surah Aal-E-Imran, verse 79, 'And it is not feasible for anyone to interpret Allah's verses unless Allah wills.' This thus points to the divine will and power in guiding individuals. Therefore, it can be concluded that those who sincerely dedicate themselves to the Quran may attain guidance, but it does not imply that all who read it are guided, as it depends on their intentions and actions.
This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.
Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most suitable.
And it is not feasible for anyone to interpret Allah's verses unless Allah wills.
One day, a person named Ali decided to read the Quran and benefit from its concepts. He would read a surah every day and reflect on its verses. After a while, he noticed how his life changed; not only did he find more peace, but he also improved the way he interacted with others. Ali realized that the Quran is like a light that guides one towards the right path, and by acting upon its verses, his life was set on the right track.
