The creation of man from clay reflects God's power and his special status.
In the Holy Quran, the creation of man is described as one of the most astonishing events of creation. In Surah Al-Imran, verse 59 states: 'Indeed, the example of Jesus in the sight of Allah is like that of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, 'Be,' and he was.' This highlights that Allah created humans from clay, a process that is not just a simple act but a sign of His greatness and power. Furthermore, in Surah Al-Hijr, verse 28, Allah says: 'And [mention] when your Lord said to the angels, 'Indeed, I am creating a human from clay.' This verse emphasizes the deep dependence of humanity on the material of the earth. Additionally, in Surah As-Sajda, verse 7, it is stated that Allah breathed His spirit into man. This signifies the special status of humans before Allah. Thus, man is not only a creature formed from soil, but he holds a high rank among other creations. Numerous verses also discuss humans being accountable to Allah and fulfilling the covenant made with Him in the realm of souls. Therefore, it can be concluded that the creation of humanity is a divine calling accompanied by tests and responsibilities in both worldly and spiritual lives.

And He breathed into him of His Spirit.
One day, a man went to a garden and enjoyed the beautiful trees and flowers. He remembered the creation of man and how Allah created him from clay and breathed His spirit into him. This reminder made him grateful to Allah and attentive to His blessings.
