Pray for sinners and ask for their repentance and salvation. Show that Allah's love and mercy extends to them as well.
In the Holy Quran, there are guidelines for praying and seeking mercy for others, including sinners. One of the fundamental teachings in Islam is that people should always show love towards others, and when a mistake is made by someone, they should strive to guide them back to repentance and towards Allah. In Surah Al-Furqan, verse 70, it states, "Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." This shows that Allah has mercy for those who repent and engage in good deeds. Thus, the first step in praying for sinners is to ask Allah for their repentance and guidance, as well as to seek forgiveness for their wrongdoings. Furthermore, Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 286 mentions, "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear..." indicating that everyone should act according to their capacities and expect the same from others. Praying for sinners can also accompany reminders of Allah's mercy and forgiveness, by asking Allah to soften their hearts and bring them back to Him. Ultimately, providing a positive atmosphere for them and encouraging good deeds is also crucial, as calling others to goodness can have profound effects on their lives.

Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear...
One day, a man told one of his friends that he was suffering from guilt over a sin he had committed. His friend advised him to pray for himself and also to ask Allah to guide his heart towards goodness. This friend even prayed that Allah would forgive him and grant him the ability to do good. Upon hearing this prayer, the man felt a sense of peace and decided to turn toward goodness.
