To cope with global injustice, we must adhere to justice and strive with patience, prayer, and good deeds.
In the Holy Quran, the issues of justice and inequality are highlighted in various ways. Humans face numerous challenges in their lives, including social and economic injustices. Surah An-Nisa, verse 135 states, 'O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah.' This verse serves as a reminder that even in the face of injustice, we must stand up and testify to the truth. Moreover, in Surah Aal-e-Imran, verse 18, it says, 'Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge, [who] maintain the cause of justice.' This verse underlines that instead of remaining silent against oppression, we must bear witness to the truth and defend justice. Thus, despite the global injustices, it is essential not to stray from the path of justice and to proceed with patience and prayer towards correcting the circumstances. Additionally, Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 177 emphasizes the importance of good deeds and assisting those in need. Overall, confronting global injustice requires patience, endurance, and striving for justice. Each of us can positively impact society through good deeds and adhering to sound principles of life and contribute to significant changes with small steps.
O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah.
Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge, [who] maintain the cause of justice.
Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is in one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, and the Prophets.
One day a man named Hassan had worries in his heart about global injustices. He went to the mosque and sought forgiveness from Allah. There, he met someone who told him, 'If each of us practices justice in our lives and does good to others, the world will gradually become a better place.' Reflecting on these words, Hassan decided to start helping those in need and fighting against oppression.
