To cope with injustice, one must rely on patience and prayer and maintain one's faith.
Injustice is a reality that exists in human life, and all of us may encounter it at some point. The Quran emphasizes patience and good conduct in the face of challenges, including injustice. In Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 153, Allah says: 'O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer.' This verse demonstrates that when facing difficulties, a believer should turn to patience and worship to overcome pain and suffering. Moreover, in Surah Al-Imran, verse 139, it states: 'So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be the uppermost.' This teaches us that when faced with injustice, we should keep in mind our strength in faith and the ultimate victory. Furthermore, Allah emphasizes in Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 8 that we must be steadfast in upholding justice, even if it is not to our benefit. Thus, a believer can cope with injustice by relying on patience, faith, and reforming their conduct, thereby building their life on ethical principles.
O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.
And do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be the uppermost if you are believers.
O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives.
