The remembrance of God brings peace to hearts and aids individuals in facing challenges.
In the Holy Quran, the remembrance of God is mentioned as a primary factor for finding peace and tranquility. In Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 28, Allah says, 'Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.' This verse indicates that the remembrance of God and maintaining a continuous connection with Him is a source of psychological and spiritual peace for individuals. In reality, our lives are filled with challenges and tensions, and people seek solutions to escape these pressures. With the remembrance of God, one feels connected to a powerful and higher force that aids them in facing difficulties. Moreover, in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 152, it states, 'So remember Me; I will remember you.' This signifies that Allah promises us that whenever we draw closer to Him, He will also draw closer to us. During difficult times, those who remember God experience a greater sense of security and tranquility. Praying at night, performing prayers, and other acts of worship provide us with the feeling that we are in the mercy and love of God. Therefore, the remembrance of God serves as a source of peace and reassurance for individuals, significantly impacting our daily lives.
Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.
So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.
One day, a young man felt a sense of turmoil in his heart. He decided to go to the park and to remember God in his heart. While sitting on a bench and gazing at the sky, he felt a strange tranquility in his heart. He realized that when he remembered God, all his worries and problems faded in the shadow of His remembrance, allowing him to experience true peace.
