God is aware of our inner pains and knows all our feelings. In difficult times, we can turn to Him and benefit from His help.
In the Holy Quran, God is described as All-Knowing and aware of all secrets and unspoken thoughts. He is closely aware of our inner pains and nothing is hidden from Him. In Surah Al-Imran, verse 186, God says: 'Indeed, you will be tested, and you will hear much that is hurtful from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah. But if you are patient and fear Allah, that is the best course.' This verse not only indicates that God tests us but also that He is aware of what we feel and experience in our hearts. Furthermore, in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 286, He states: 'Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.' This shows that He understands our pains and challenges and knows our capacities. Therefore, when we experience emotional turmoil, we should remember that God understands us and is aware of the depths of our hearts. Hence, in such times, we can turn to Him and seek His assistance. Our inner pains can also serve as an opportunity to draw nearer to God. Thus, prayer and supplication during these times can provide us with peace in our spiritual states.
Indeed, you will be tested in your property and your souls...
Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear...
One day, Ali was watching the sunset and felt a great sadness in his heart. He cried out to God, saying, 'O God, will anyone ever understand my pains?' Suddenly, he realized a great peace in his heart, indicating that God was always by his side. Ali decided to engage in prayer and request God to relieve him of his pains, and in doing so, he found a greater sense of calm.
