The Quran mentions remembering God as the primary source of happiness and peace.
The Holy Quran, as a divine book and guide for humanity, addresses the topic of happiness in various verses. One of the best ways to achieve happiness and peace is to establish a close connection with God. In Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 28, it is mentioned: "Indeed, it is in the remembrance of Allah that hearts find rest." This verse clearly emphasizes that tranquility and happiness in human life are dependent on remembering and being mindful of God. Additionally, in Surah Luqman, verse 4, Allah notes that those who commit to faith and righteous deeds will receive a great reward. Essentially, adhering to God's commandments and pursuing a spiritual life can lead to true joy and happiness. In the modern world, many individuals seek happiness through material possessions, but the Quran reminds us that true happiness arises from within and from one's relationship with God. In Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 47, it states, "And We will set up a just balance on the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all." This teaches us that the happiest and most fulfilling life is one based on divine principles and adherence to Islamic ethics. Overall, the Quran encourages us to cultivate a connection with God and to focus on ethical and Islamic values in order to attain genuine happiness.
Indeed, it is in the remembrance of Allah that hearts find rest.
Those who establish prayer and give zakah and of the Hereafter they are certain.
And We will set up a just balance on the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all.
Once upon a time, there was a man named Ahmad who was searching for happiness in his life. He kept looking for it every day but was never satisfied. One day, he visited a religious scholar and asked, "How can I be happy?" The scholar replied with a smile, "Ahmad, happiness lies in the remembrance of God; as long as you remember Him, your heart will find peace." With this advice, Ahmad decided to dedicate more time to worship and obedience to God, and gradually he found peace and happiness in his life.
