Broken hearts are dear to Allah, and He is always seeking to provide comfort and support to them.
In the Holy Quran, the attention to the state of the heart and how one connects with God holds significant importance. Allah reminds His servants in various verses that He is fully aware of their hearts and feelings, understanding broken and sorrowful hearts well. In Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 80, Allah says, 'And when I am ill, it is He who cures me,' indicating that in times of hardship and pain, Allah is by our side and sends down mercy upon us. Furthermore, in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 286, it is stated that Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, illustrating His love and mercy towards His servants during trials and tribulations. These verses indicate that a broken heart is of great concern and affection to Allah, and He seeks to provide comfort and assistance to His creations. Therefore, in the midst of distress and heartbreak, believers should turn to their Lord and ask for help. Indeed, Allah is closer to troubled and broken hearts; His anger subsides in the face of sincere intentions and humility before Him. Consequently, it can be confidently stated that broken hearts are cherished, and Allah is always eager to mend and heal them.
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me.
Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.
Once upon a time in a distant land, there was a man named Sohrab who experienced great sadness after losing his mother. His heart was broken. One dark, starless night, he remembered the verses of the Quran and realized that Allah has love for broken hearts and understands them in their sorrow. Sohrab prayed to Allah and felt a profound sense of peace in his heart. From that day on, every time he felt down, he would remember God, which made him feel less alone.
